Rental of Crianlarich Village Hall is charged at £15 per hour
Booking charges for special events, e.g. private
parties or whole
weekends are subject to negotiation. Events of this type will
normally require you to book exclusive use of the building. Please contact the bookings
Secretary to discuss your specific requirements in more detail.
If you require assistance with catering, or running
a bar, for your event, please discuss this with the bookings secretary
in the first instance. We can put you in touch with local
businesses who will be able to provide a bar and/or outside catering
service for you.
All bookings are subject to the following terms and
conditions:-

Unless exclusive use is booked, there may be
other organisations using the hall at the same time as your group.
All groups are asked to show respect to other hall users,
particularly in terms of noise levels.

The hall will be clean and tidy on your
arrival. Please leave the hall in the same clean and tidy
state when you depart. A charge for excess cleaning may be
applied. At the discretion of the committee, this may take the
form of a deposit paid in advance, refundable if the hall is left in
a satisfactory condition.

All damage to the hall building or property
will need to be paid for. Groups are expected to have adequate
liability insurance for this purpose. The hall liability
insurance only covers cases where damage is a result of negligence
by the hall committee. Accidental damage by your group members
is not covered.

If you event will include a licensed bar,
please discuss this with the bookings secretary as early as
possible. All relevant conditions imposed by Stirling Council
Licensing Authority must be adhered to.
